The manager and Christian have ben absolutely fantastic. The rest of the staff have been wonderful as well and extremely courteous. Everyone has gone above and beyond to assist us and make sure we are taken care of. If I could give them all 10 stars I most definitely would.

Tabitha H | Overall ExperienceFirst day, someone listening to audio book in unit a few units down the hall took a bad attitude at me with threatening word behavior of condemnation like Judgment Day stuff using the word "White" in some remarks. I avoided access when he was around. Then the lights over my spot went out. Had to use my caving headlamp the last week here moving the last things out to get away from this spooky thing here. Then, I was told Uhaul doesn't prorate, so I get no refund at 15th of month move out. I should have asked about that.
