Depart heading southeast on NY-17 E. Take Exit 72B to US-11 toward Binghamton/Downtown. Turn right onto US-11 S/Front St. Make three consecutive right turns, then immediately turn right onto Winding Way. Finally, turn left onto US-11 N/Front St to arrive at the facility on your right.

Directions from the West
Head west on I-88 W toward NY-7 W. Bear right onto I-81 S. Take Exit 5 for US-11/I-88 E toward Broome C C. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit for US-11 S/Front St. Continue through the next roundabout, then turn right three times.
