JOYCE R | Online Move InI had spoken to a representative after calling the 800 # who reserved me a UBox at a location close to my house. Upon going there the next day, I found out that uBox isn't even offered there. The employee at that facility on Chenango St Binghamton NY facility was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out where in our area had uBox or any storage available. I then had to drive to yet another town the 3rd one that day thanks to all this confusion and finally found my unit. The woman on Field St Johnson City NY was also excellent, knowledgeable and very helpful. Thanks to all associates.

Putting 1/2 of items in storage, left a more manageable amount left, when moving day came, especially if your a budget minded one band man.

Fortunately for Uhaul, they have some outstanding employees fixing the errors. Mia, was able to get me 2 units next to each other, fantastic! Nice location, clean, carts are helpful. Thank you for making our move manageable. Great option to put 1/2 your belongings in storage, less to move on closing day. Would do again.
