Even though I said yes to everything the except for 2. I had issues with mouse dropping and even though I was late I paid my bill every month. The letters were exclusively threatening. Im sure they are standard ,however, when you can't get in touch with the store unless you put in a complaint it becomes ridiculous. Not only that it seems that they change the policy at will for late fees. Since when are you charged a late fee after 3 days and then again after 5. I would never ask for special treatment however uhaul has made money off of me for 3 yrs.That should count for something.

I avoided access when he was around. Then the lights over my spot went out. Had to use my caving headlamp the last week here moving the last things out to get away from this spooky thing here. Then, I was told Uhaul doesn't prorate, so I get no refund at 15th of month move out. I should have asked about that.
