I wasn't aware that the 10ft truck ,I rented didn't have a ramp to help with easier moving, I drove back to uhaul and asked what I can do as I wasn't able to get my equipment off the truck with just two people. The associate offers a dolly. Take it or leave it. And that was it. The associate failed to tell me in the beginning that the truck come with no ramp. The 10ft trucks don't have ramps. I thought I told you that, is what the associate stated.

Staff were very helpful, respectful, and kind. Again, I am in shock at how much the price had jumped since I first began storing my things here. Such a great facility and people, and I just hate to take my business elsewhere.
Raymond M | Overall ExperienceMy experience with uhaul wasnt good. I understand that I paid late every month which included a late fee. I had to wait until my son gave me the money since it was his belonging in storage. So I NEVER SET IT UP FOR AUTO PAY. However someone in that office did! I had to call the office talked to some girl told her to reverse the charge because it wasnt me who gave the ok to do auto pay. My bank informed me that is fraud! I explained since the storage was for my son's belongings that is why I never did auto pay waited until he paid me then I paid the bill late fees and all. Also staff never shoveld the steps going into the building. We slipped a few times going down the steps. If I ever need a storage unit again even though this place was clean and nice I will not rent from you. It has to do with the staff. Bad customer service skills!!!!!!

Also the corporate rules and procedures are excessive. And lastly, way to high priced for what you get. Ill never rent again and I'll be sure to inform others of my experience

Mark H | First ImpressionsReserved a unit through 1800 line. Arrive at facility only to be told we don't have a unit because you can't reserve through customer service. Thankfully there was another unit available, not the same floor like we had originally booked which resulted in a higher cost but not much we could do about that. Also resulted in us spending more time at facility because of location of unit. Very frustrated that process is misleading. I even have an email saying I have a unit but according to facility that doesn't mean anything. Stop misleading people!
tina b | First ImpressionsOne particular young male was always rude to people. The interior of the storage facility was quite warm. The security aspect was good and the storage unit itself was good. Zero communication was sent out that the facility would have no ramp for days. For someone living with disabilities, loading a trailer off the tailgate dock was not feasible.The ramp was needed to be able to slide items from a cart into a trailer. A trailer rental had to be cancelled and everything moved by many trips in a pick up bed due to no ramp. The bays were often blocked. The parking lot had frequent obstacles due to construction. Had communication been sent out, a trailer and move out could have been completed earlier. The facility ruined all of my moving plans and cost me a lot of time. I would never recommend this facility due to the dock set up, sketchy people coming and going, how hot it is in the facility and not accommodating for people that live with disabilities.
