One particular young male was always rude to people. The interior of the storage facility was quite warm. The security aspect was good and the storage unit itself was good. Zero communication was sent out that the facility would have no ramp for days. For someone living with disabilities, loading a trailer off the tailgate dock was not feasible.The ramp was needed to be able to slide items from a cart into a trailer. A trailer rental had to be cancelled and everything moved by many trips in a pick up bed due to no ramp. The bays were often blocked. The parking lot had frequent obstacles due to construction. Had communication been sent out, a trailer and move out could have been completed earlier. The facility ruined all of my moving plans and cost me a lot of time. I would never recommend this facility due to the dock set up, sketchy people coming and going, how hot it is in the facility and not accommodating for people that live with disabilities.
