They had given my unit to someone else. The lady was so rude. They charged my account and it was supposed to be 1 free month. The lady was the clincher though.....so rude.

We had our own with so we used it temporarily until the next morning when we went back to U-Haul to let them know of the situation. They gave us a brand new lock and we were able to add 24 hour access to the unit as well.
