They stated they couldn’t prorate and they still were gonna charge them even though I couldn’t check out because of the computer problems in the office, so I found this to be Not good business I guess per se so that would be my comments regarding that. GREGORY N | Overall ExperienceThe floor is stained with oil which was mentioned at time of the unit rental. We put 3 U-Haul moving boxes on the floor to prevent oil getting on our possessions. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and knowledgeable. We should not be charged for the stained floor when we move out.
