I downloaded the app while at location 311 N NW Loop 323 in Tyler , Texas in front of the manager Uvunda Bagley. App would open and close immediatly . I showed her and it did the same thing. Then while trying to do the drop off at 4100 Barksdale Blvd this morning I tried the app again and did the something. I even deleted and reinstalled app and didn’t work. Two people with me loaded app and had same issue. We finally went to the website and hopefully got the truck returned handled as it was before business hours. Not happy with that experience!

Patricia E | Overall ExperienceStaff and location were in one word, phenomenal. Our only issue was via the uhaul reservation website. They did not have the size of unit that we reserved so we had to use a smaller unit. While everything did fit, it was a tight squeeze and stressful to fit it all into the unit (at the end of a long distance move which is already stressful). The online booking system should be more accurate, as the unit size was one of the factors we considered for the storage location.
