hector n | First ImpressionsAside from a very friendly and helpful staff, one of the things I love the most about this storage facility is the fact that the prices have not changed in over five years. That is huge! Most places rope you in with a stupidly cheap initial cost, and then within a couple of months that number doubles! If I ever need storage again, I am definitely choosing you guys. The other thing I really appreciated was when I had emptied out my facility and removed my lock, I was running behind on my schedule, so I was going to come in the next day and close out my account. You guys saved me the trouble. You closed it out for me and sent me proof that it was done and that I had a zero balance. You guys rock!

Then she doesn't get me out of the system and charges me for Nov and does even send me a email saying they sold my storage. I went up there twice it was so unprofessional I can't begin to describe my experience. I would NEVER RECOMMEND GOING THERE TO MY WORST ENEMY. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. jennifer c | Overall ExperienceThis location is extremely affordable, clean, very well to navigate around, availability is great, staff is awesome and kind. I stopped in on short notice during a major holiday season and was able to rent unit with ease. Even though I didn't have to use it due to getting into a lease apartment on such short notice it was still nice having it available if things had not gone so successfully. My friend has rented big truck from here too with satisfaction. I would highly recommend to anyone this location. April Pitre from Valrico/Seffner.
