Gwen M | Overall ExperienceThe prices are a little high but wouldn't mind that if I didn't see a roach or two.....
TERRILYN H | Overall ExperienceI had some problems initially. Some directions weren't quiet explained to me and my unit door was broken. But they definitely made it right. The man that helped me (a black gentlemen - I can't remember his name) went above and beyond to make sure I got everything settled.
April S | First ImpressionsGreat indoor unit with good lighting, clean facilities, and good security. Staff was always helpful and even when I moved out of my unit, the staff was helpful in getting me closed out quickly and easily. I loved having a secure pull in parking area to load and unload my vehicle and access my unit. Would definitely recommend this facility!!!
Kelly o | Overall ExperienceWhen I first contracted my UBoxes, they were to deliver them from Bristol to Dante per my Fort Worth dealer. When I got here, the transporter advised she could not transport to the mountain I live on. As it turned out my houses till is not ready for occupancy so I guess this turned out okay. I am, 74yrs old. My daughter had surgery last November and not supposed to lift for 18 months. Her friend who was going to here has pulled 2 hernia and can't help. Another young woman helped use move our stuff into a storage room and most on a truck to bring home. My daghter has injury her incision and is currently at the ER. I guess I will be unloading the truck by myself and if I don't pull the appliance out of my back, all will be good.
Georgia D | First ImpressionsI was very impressed with the storage facility. Not only was it clean and well lit but there were multiple restrooms that were very clean and comfortable. I recommend this place wholeheartedly!
CYNTHIA R | Overall ExperienceMost of the staff was very nice and helpful. Only encounted one that was not professional.
cathy w | Overall ExperienceKnowledgeable and helpful staff and great customer service
CYNTHIA R | First Impressions50 something a month for the yr I am totally happy with. The unit is good and so we're the employees
PAUL D | First ImpressionsThis was a fantastic place to store all of my things. It has easy accessibility, being on a major road. There were always carts available to move larger amounts of boxes easily. If I ever need a place to keep my random stuff again, I will definitely be back!
