I'm assuming that the change in management has ruined this place. They used to be great, now they are just rude and incompetent. I was charged to break the lock in a storage unit THEY changed the lock for (there was a flood a few years back), then paid more money for a dumping fee for books and art items I left while I saw employees taking most of the items I paid to be dumped. I went to the counter and asked to close out my unit, handed my card and was told that it would be closed and I would no longer be billed. 3 DAYS LATER I receive a call asking if "I'm done with the unit?". It was supposed to be closed the day I moved everything out and told the store clerk that I was done. My advice: Keep your receipts, call and double check, take pictures of everything. No one here seems to know what they are doing.

I received a moving van with three quarters of gas, not a full tank. I was charged for not returning the van with the “full tank” it was handed over with, the manager on duty said it was going to be resolved but never was.
