How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe staff at this location are usually unnecessarily very rude. I will never rent here again. They act like you’re bothering them whenever they’re approached. I almost got locked in the indoor lot once and he saw me packing my car and still proceeded to lock the exit with me in there and my 3 small children. This place needs training and evaluation. If I could’ve taken my belongings out a long time ago, I would have but due to my circumstances at the time, I couldn’t. I will never rent from this place ever again and I’m so happy to be out of there. They also use to close earlier than the closing time. About an hour before or more. Very annoying especially as a paying customer.

I liked that I always had parking available both inside and outside of the building. It was never crowded and kept clean. The only thing I would complain about is not having enough push carts available. They have disappeared over time.

I had some items still in a box and was told I could not leave them in the recycle section however there were things unboxed in that area that I wouldn’t let my dog use. Made no sense to me. I ended up dropping the items at a church instead, and it was much appreciated.
