Having never used a storage facility, I was very impressed! I had a temperature controlled unit so my things wouldn’t melt in this Texas heat! The unit was large and easy to get to. I felt like my things were safe and secure. I would highly recommend Brownwood Climate Controlled Storage!! Also, the store rep was very friendly and knowledgeable!

Angela M | Overall ExperienceMove in was convenient. Security seemed really on top of things. When it was time to move out, they made it very easy and convenient to do so. Overall, 10/10 experience. The only thing I would caution is not to store anything that you'd be heart-broken if it froze, even in the climate controlled units. Or at least, try not to store anything delicate on the exterior wall side of the unit. Give it some insulation and put it toward the interior side of the unit. The building is not well insulated for cold weather, but they do a great job keeping things cool in the summer. I can't fault them for not being set up for cold weather, since the freak weather we've been having due to climate change is not really their fault. :)
