I lost baby pictures and momentos that I cannot get back. All because the staff refused to answer any of my messages or return my calls. The staff is rude and inconsiderate.

All over three days. And I did my due diligence and kept in touch with the facility. Six years of timely payments and never giving any problems to this facility and I was screwed over by them.
