I had to carry everything upstairs without access to a dolly because I would have had to rent one. When moving out I went and purchased a dolly so I could move my stuff down stairs. When I asked about an elevator they said the did not have one.

Tracie w | Overall ExperienceI was lied to by the person that booked the storage unit from UHaul. I told him that we have a 400lb fridge that we are storing and asked the rep about a down stairs unit. He told me that he only has an upstairs but the Facility has elevators to help you get it upstairs. When we got to the storage unit, we learned there was no storage elevator. I drove 5 hours to find out that I was lied to. Not having any other option by either driving 10 hours (5 to take it back and 5 to drive back to Abilene) or now spend $140 a month for a storage unit. The lady that helped me at the actual facility was nice and helpful as she could be. It was very sad that a rep had to lie to upsell me.
