Ashley &:Shaun were very helpful & super nice. Ashley was understanding of my situation & did what she could to solve it. Shaun went above & beyond to help load an extremely heavy item onto a truck that was in my unit. THANK YOU BOTH! But truth be known all storage facilities are overpriced & out to get rich. Owners are greedy people that kick customers when they're down for instance adding late fees when person can't pay what they already owe! Storage units are a moneymaking thing! ALL OF THEM

Pandora D | Overall ExperienceI rent trailers and storage units a lot (moved a lot, combined households a lot) and this specific U-haul facility is the best I’ve rented from over the last 20 years, and I’ve had great experiences with dozens of branches. The facility itself is clean, well-organized, secure, well-lit, etc. but the staff is the biggest plus. Every single person I’ve interacted with here is friendly, helpful, prompt, and just generally incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable. Five stars, across the board!

So was all the young men there they were beyond professional and extremely fast . I didn’t interact either the females as much cause they wasn’t there when I picked up but all were super sweet when I cam to get remaining deposit back.
