My storage unit was clean when we went in but when leaving 2 months later it was filled with roaches and had to pay $500 to get all my items bombed as well as throw away a brand new queen mattress for my son! Very disgusted and upset

I think there was some confusion (maybe just on my end) that there are locations not in Buford GA that are on Buford Rd and Buford drive. A real mess. I had the most chaotic 4 days of my life due to the move, accidentally started crying in the U-Haul storage facility, and the woman working was super nice, so thank you for that.
