This is my first time renting a storage unit and it’s been amazing. Unit was clean and handy. Staff amazing! I will definitely be recommending Uhaul and this location because of the staff! Thank you for making it a great experience and so easy to deal with.

I love that they have supplies (boxes, take, etc) in the office for purchase if needed. They also have a reuse corner where you can put unwanted items for ease of reusing. They have lots of various carts to use as well so no shortage.

Christopher R | First ImpressionsIt would be helpful to receive a booklet or information about the check-in and entry process, security alarms, and locked doors. Each time I mention this I am told the staff should give me the information. Obviously, not happening, till your away from the staff. I have come in twice and the automatic garage doors are not open. Today all the doors were locked. Staff attitude is I am the problem, did I do this or that. It was Sunday morning, if there is a different check in process before 9 am it would be helpful to know. No, someone is misadvertently locking all the doors, that requires staff to come and unlock the doors. Staff are friendly but usually stressed about the process etc.

My boyfriend's locker was one of the one's which was flooded last summer and Tracey and her colleagues had pizza and beverages for all the folks who had to come in and inspect their lockers. She tried to make it as painless for everyone. I would definitely use your company again and I wish everyone at UHaul a healthy and prosperous year.
