Christopher R | First ImpressionsIt would be helpful to receive a booklet or information about the check-in and entry process, security alarms, and locked doors. Each time I mention this I am told the staff should give me the information. Obviously, not happening, till your away from the staff. I have come in twice and the automatic garage doors are not open. Today all the doors were locked. Staff attitude is I am the problem, did I do this or that. It was Sunday morning, if there is a different check in process before 9 am it would be helpful to know. No, someone is misadvertently locking all the doors, that requires staff to come and unlock the doors. Staff are friendly but usually stressed about the process etc.

My boyfriend's locker was one of the one's which was flooded last summer and Tracey and her colleagues had pizza and beverages for all the folks who had to come in and inspect their lockers. She tried to make it as painless for everyone. I would definitely use your company again and I wish everyone at UHaul a healthy and prosperous year.

terry b | Overall ExperienceThe staff was always extremely helpful and the units were clean, well lit and secure. Unlike other storage facilities they don’t jack the prices up outrageously. I had my unit for almost a year without a price increase unlike Smart Storage that jacked the prices up 3 times in less than 18 mths. I wish I had of went with U-Haul from the get go. I highly recommend U-Haul and the staff at Mainway are incredible! We rented a truck to move out of our unit and supplies for moving to our new home. Thank you for being a very positive presence during a very stressful and exciting time.
