The facility was clean and accessible. Unfortunately we were part of the flood last year. We purchased insurance but of course when it came to actually using it they denied and we lost some family items that were important to us. During the flood issues, we had items that were put in a separate room to dry and we’re told that once dried the staff would put the items back for us. They labelled the items and returned them except lost a table leg for our family table that was custom made. When we asked on several occasions we were dismissed. The manager even asked how I got her number and why am I calling. She gave us her number !! We are now having to pay again to get another leg custom made. We were screwed not once but twice!!
