Best I have ever experienced with both the rental unit and the truck rental. If there was a negative it was that the free 1 month storage was not previously set out as a “free second month” offer or limited to users who had not previously taken advantage of the program.

We were one of many affected by the flooding on July 15 this year, and U-Haul went above and beyond to help out. We were given free boxes and one month free storage rental. The staff, from the manager on down, are friendly and always helpful. The facility was clean and we had the peace of mind that our things were safe and safe while we rebuilt our basement. Thank you, U-Haul, for everything!

The male employee at the front desk asked me to get a picture of the unit cleaned and without the lock. He said it was policy? Is it policy or him being lazy? I did not want to argue but it's shouldn't be me who gets confirmation the unit is empty and lock removed. "It's policy" made the experience from a 5 start to 3 star
