I was told you guys pro-rate upon checkout, but didn't get my full pro-rated refund and had to argue about it to get what I got back. That's my only disappointment.

Arrived at my unit only to find trailers and trucks all over the yard. It was very hard to maneuver around the yard we had to move trailers to get access to our unit trucks were parked infront of units very disorganized very stressful and then we couldn’t find the code machine to unarm the unit our door on our unit only opens half way because the lock gets stuck going up. Will probably look for a different storage unit for the end of the month this yard is to disorganization and with the door only opening half way it was extremely hard to move things in also no lights in the units. Worse experience I’ve had at a storage unit.
