Am not owning U-Haul, I received an email that am owning and I still have my goods in the storage and I have called twice and I was told that they will get back to me but not any call. The storage no l have was 2325 not 1480 so check and let me know. Thank you.

Only complaint I have is the It service, takes forever and in my case took a few times for a rental, renting a truck took over 45 min,feel sorry for the staff as they have line ups waiting when it shouldn’t be necessary, Uhaul definitely needs to upgrade their system, even trying to upgrade online: error, error error, other than this, we are an avid Uhaul user and will continue to use them.

Nick and Valerie are extremely knowledgeable and give customer service with understanding and compassion. There is another young lady there that I have dealt with who's name escapes me right now but she is also amazing. The Management and staff at this location are the best bar none. I highly recommend Uhaul on Meridian road for all your moving and self storage needs
