The lower rating reflects my frustration with the frequent increases in storage fees. As a loyal customer, I didn’t feel valued when rates continued to rise every few months. I would have gladly stayed had the rental fees remained reasonable and stable. That said, the local management team has been excellent, professional, helpful, and kind. Five stars for the local staff, two stars for head office management
