He went above & beyond assisting me when management put a lock on my unit, then lost the key, did not answer any calls he made to find the keys. I had demanded that the lock be cut. He informed me that it could not be cut. I had to walk Uhaul desperately trying to gain access to my unit because I had movers waiting to unload my items and I was charged another hour of service at $99 per hour

DOROTHY B | Overall Experience5 Stars ⭐ all around. Amazingly, the staff all stepped up to solve the issue I was having with the keypad. They were not at fault for that. But Jessica and Ricky definitely were 12 toes down since Jess, promised she'd remain on the phone with corporate until she fixed my issue. And she did that before leaving work. Amazing customer service!!!! Thank you all for your help.
