Nice infested my personal property, I had to get rid of. Very dissatisfied with that, droppings everywhere in unit. Some of the staff need to learn how to talk to customers. I’m a certain way when I’m with family & friends vs when I’m working, and some times you have to learn how to cut the ghetto off, very unprofessional.

Overall; the space is secure just need more cleaning of the floor and maintain organizing of carts and other facility materials.
