GARY K | Overall ExperienceThe manager was curt and borderline rude. Her husband in contrast was nearly completely opposite. Very friendly. Very customer oriented. Very patient with my fiancé who is from Nigeria and has trouble understanding American English although English is her native tongue. The elevator quit working in our rental unit building. He met us after hours. He providedFREE STORAGE to us as we could not move our 300# plus furniture without it. All in all he is the BEST U-HAUL manager I’ve come across. Certainly 180 degrees from my last experience in Conrad Montana earlier this year Based entirely on HIS and NOT his wife’s behavior and attitude I would give this dealer a 100% approval rating. Combining the two, it would come in a a B- Dan Alzheimer MD PhD
