The facility is very clean and well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve used other storage facilities from different brands in the past, and both times I had terrible experiences. One facility left my belongings with water and mold damage, and another was so rat‑infested that my property ended up covered in urine and feces. After experiencing U‑Haul Addison, I finally feel confident that there are good storage facilities out there. Before this, I was skeptical because my first two experiences were nightmares. So, thank you!

KAYE L | Overall ExperienceI was told the unit from December 25 was not on my acct. But twice uhaul tried to pull the autopsy for a unit I never used. The units I am using are dark and there is no lighting in the actual unit. I packed kinda haphazardly so I had to go back to go through boxes to find and even repack fragile items. At times I was on a footstool when the lights would go off in the hallways which are motion sensored. I paid for 24 hr access but even after scanning my card on seperate scanners the alarm would go off when I opened my door. I went around midnight after the hard freeze to drop some things off and my card did not work. I spent $50 in Lyft rides to go there and back and not be able to get in. Then no one answered the texts I sent to the number posted for after hours contact. It is way too cold and I spent way too much money to be locked out of my unit. Why was unit notified of this at all. No text or email concerning whatever it was that caused me to be locked out of my unit.

Of the three times I've had Q.s she was prompt to greet me with a smile, patience to listen and a genuine interest in helping (that's rare these days) and twice after hours! lol I had more questions as Crystal was getting into her car, I can be a pain at such times, understandably so.lol I didn't expect her to be as polite and helpful after a busy friday, yet She Was. Thank you Crystal❣️ Each time I went in the office she'd be handling duties with the Office Staff, the truck Crew outside (Covey(?) is Exceptional) and other customers as well - I realized Crystal runs that U-Haul like a smooth running machine by handling issues before they become problems and the whole Team works seamlessly together. I highly recommend that They All should be paid Very Well as They are the most important part of the Company. Seriously!

I tried to make contact with someone from management, whose name I will not mention, and my call was not returned. I also noticed there has always been is a BIG turnover in staff.
