Got to the site around 9:30 Am on move in day. Said on the property on the door with a number to call. Called several times and. One answered Waited for 15 minutes and no one showed up. Had to end up leaving and finding an alternative storage unit. The property called me back 3 hours later to ask if I had called. When I told them what happened they just ok thanks. So if you want to have a good day and actually get a storage do not book at this place

Adib R | Overall ExperienceHaul doubled my rental storage fee without notice. You say you mailed a notice but I never received one. Why not email since that would be faster and more secure. I found another one at another location for the price 8 was paying before your increase.
