The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful every time I interacted with them, whether in person or on the phone. I will use this facility again if needed in the future.

Jeff H | Overall ExperienceThe particular unit I had was dark and hard to see labels on my products without moving into the hallway or using a flashlight. Overhead there is a light fixture but the lightbulbs have been removed. I asked the staff on three different occasions to put a lightbulb in the light fixture so that I could have adequate light to view my inventory expiration dates and maintain proper stock rotation. They always said they would pass on the request but nobody ever got back to me on why or why not they couldn’t help me. It was actually quite frustrating as it was a simple request but I have no idea why nothing happened and why nobody would get back to me with an update on the request. Uhaul was always happy to take my money, but never willing to listen to me the customer.

Not only had they rented out one of the units I had reserved, They had not prepared the other units either !! Needless to say, I was in quite a bind. My truck was there with no place to unload. U HAUL was there for Me !! They had just the unit I needed..Clean & ready. The staff was AMAZING !! "Jes" treated Me with kindness & understanding of My distress & was on top of it ! Not only did they save the move, it was all done within 5 minutes AND....My 1st month's rent was free !!! Take caution to rent from a Reputable company. U HAUL Has Your Back !!! Thank You U HAUL !!!
