The team at the Castle Rock U-haul location was fabulous. I have had my unit for three years and they have always been super accommodating. I have felt safe anytime if have entered the facility regardless of the time. Additionally, the check out process was very convenient. I appreciate being able to do so over the phone.

It will not allow it; I had to create a temporary account every time I wanted to pay my bill- for 2 years. Secondly, on numerous occasions people had parked in the unloading/loading zone just as a convenience rather than loading/unloading. Other than that-- excellent.

This place is the nicest, clean, organized uhual storage rental place in Denver, co I original rented my uhual for two days and then needed to extend it 4 more days. It was no problem and they also accommodated me with a storage unit I wanted and on the level that I wanted. All the hallways were spotless and had everything piece of equipment I needed and more. These guys at this location go out of there way to provide the best service they can. There is sometimes a wait when renting a U-Haul but they will take care of you. Another great experience.
