The entire experience of this Castle Rock U-haul facilities was just outstanding. Well laid out, clean, lots of carts and hand trucks available to use. Stacy and Josh were exceptionally helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Not only with us but I observed their service with others. Just a totally a positive and remarkable experience - other than us and moving! U-haul is onto something and it will be hard for anyone else to beat what they are doing to make self moving any more convenient and accommodating. 7/28/2026
