DERON J | Overall ExperienceThe indoor storage area was ridiculous. The security system wasn't working correctly so we had a hard time getting in and out of the building. The storage unit we were assigned was already taken. The code never did work for one of our storage units and it set the alarm off when we opened it. Staff was great! The facility needs some help.
