Some how when I went to get my stuff out of storage, I found stuff that was not mine or my son’s stuff, and some stuff I can’t find like my dishes. Missing was my pool liner and I found stuff boxes of wishing someone a happy Anniversary 25th etc. I was never married for 25 years so I do t know what happen I left the stuff in the unit because I hope someone claim the stuff, I was very upset with stuff missing. My son didn’t have access to my unit until I just gave him the keys to the lock

We even had a friend leave her keys on the back of her SUV there and they went through the video footage and let us know that they were still on there when she left the lot. They went above and beyond.

Stephanie K | Overall ExperienceI have to praise Nichole Chavez for being an amazing manager and overall employee of U-Haul,people like her is the prime example of why people like me choose your corporation over everyone else,not only were the prices excellent but Nicholeade sure the unit was in top shape,was very informative and even sprayed rodent repellent inside the unit and outside the hallways to make sure rodent had no change on getting in...Please give her a raise and keep her in charge of that place,we need more people like her in the world. Thank you for the excellent rental. I would give you guys 10 stars if I could.
