Jhostin G | Overall ExperienceThe U-Haul on 16th Ave., Southwest in Cedar Rapids is the only U-Haul I go to the other one in Cedar Rapids tried to call me and switched me over to them but they didn’t even have the dates right so I just stayed with 16th Ave. U-Haul cause they assigned it in the first place.and they did a good job. They got all the dates and times right down to the wire and I never had any problems. Just go get it paid for it. We’re out of there crazy so yeah, smooth and stress free. 16th is my store always will be and I do recommend it. Thank you.
