Some of the staff weren’t friendly nor were they keeping up with the right information. They weren’t updating the correct information causing me not to access my storage.

MARVA N | First ImpressionsWe had reserved a smaller unit online a month or 2 back. We were told yesterday upon coming to the U-Haul store that the unit we reserved was no longer available. We had to get a larger unit and were charged more fees. What is the meaning of the word ‘reservation’? When I had reserved a unit, it should have been available to me! Otherwise, why even offer reservations online?? Just take out that option and ask people to stop by the store. If one has reserved a unit even if online, it should be ‘reserved’ for the customer and made available upon coming to the store.
