I visited the unit a few times during my rental and the first time I got trapped on the 5th floor along with a few other people because a faulty elevator kept getting called to the top floor and the doors would not open. This issue was made aware to staff before end of day and then after hours when we were stuck there was no one to help us and we had to take the emergency stairs exit down to the first floor to get out. I was nervous to continue my move due to fear of getting stuck and was very lucky to have had kind and helpful peers during this process. When I went back a few days later there was only one working elevator still. This made moving more difficult and time consuming. The unit was very clean and the staff was very kind, but the issues with the elevators soured me to the experience.
