sam s | Overall ExperienceU-haul bought this storage facility after I had been using it for several years. Pros: The staff are polite and helpful Facility is clean Trucks and packing materials available on site. Cons: No security system on units, no entry restrictions Systems staff have to use do not function well (or staff need to be trained) Policies are stupid (i.e. you have to use THIS kind of lock, even if you already have a better one) Pricing is high compared to competitors AC units on site need maintenance (they are LOUD)
