Amie T. | Online Move InMy only complaint is the lack of prorated departure costs. I vacated my unit 3 days after the "Contracted" date due to weather (Hurricane) I had to shift my departure date due to a change in my movers schedule. The weather caused a shift in all movers availbility as they were trying to accomodate customers from previous week cancelled moves. I asked staff to consider this, I was told UHaul does not prorate. Otherwise this facility is staffed by excellent people (Ashley, Tenaya) who were always willing to help throughout my stay. Note: This facility is exceptionally clean. The staff take a lot of pride in their work
GERALD S. | Overall ExperienceWhen making a big move across country I used a U-Haul storage to store some things when going back and forth. The only thing that I would comment on is if I could access it 24/7 with my key card that would be ideal. Otherwise staff was amazing at both locations.
