The place isn’t 24-hour. But that wasn’t specified on the website, so when we got there I had 1 hr to unload a massive trailer. I get the girls wanted to go home and thanks 4 stayn. But we didn’t know

Apparently reserving a storage bin of a specific size, doesn't mean that you get that size. Was told it's a "first come, first served". Extremely frustrated, had to find another storage company.

I arrived at the store around 5:30 pm on Nov. 26 and there appeared to be only person assisting customers at the front desk. There were 5 customers in front of me so I had to leave and come back.
