First, the owner Lester is very kind and helpful. If only based on him, I would leave 5 stars. Some of the other employees were very unhelpful and had no knowledge of the facility. We were offered no explanation of how the loading docks and doors worked even when we asked. Unfortunately, other tenants left a lot of junk/trash around the facility. There was often no toilet paper in the bathroom. I did feel my things were secure in the unit while there. If you plan to rent, ask for Lester and you’ll be taken care of well. Don’t expect much from other employees.
