Price of the unit was quite expensive. Not to mention we had to throw out 70% of our belongings in our unit because of the amount of rat droppings we found throughout our stuff. When we first noticed the droppings , we asked staff if there were were traps or repellant we could spray near our unit and was told "no, but you might be able to file an insurance claim with your insurance", which we couldn't as they didn't cover damage from rodents.

TREVOR M | Overall ExperienceMy one suggestion in an otherwise great experience is…when a customer comes for the first time to view a storage unit , take them out and show it .I had to first find the unit and then struggle to get the plastic tie off to open the unit.As a senior, I would have appreciated more help that day. The actual day of picking up the truck and putting things in storage was excellent.

BARRIE B | Overall ExperienceThe only think I didn’t like was that you had to pay for the entire month even if you were only there a couple days. Other storage places don’t do that. They even give you a grace period of 3 days before locking you out.

The staff was excellent and always very helpful. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future if needed.
