Staff were efficient, polite. The storage unit and the later rental of a truck to move out contents were perfect.
BARRIE B | Overall ExperienceThe only think I didn’t like was that you had to pay for the entire month even if you were only there a couple days. Other storage places don’t do that. They even give you a grace period of 3 days before locking you out.

The staff was excellent and always very helpful. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future if needed.

Brittany C | Online Move InWe had unit there for over 2yrs. In that time fees went up both years yet 0 change so fee for fee sake. We were out of province traveling and no one thought to tell us during these costly maintenance checks that our lock was rusted so when we had someone check on the unit. The key broke,they charged us for lock Smyth And the real fun part was paying on Sept 25 moving out Oct 3 and being told 0 rebate can be applied but on the 24th they replied to the email saying we could use it until the 25th for something else.... whatever that means. So just overall for such an established company I would have expected better.

JEFFERY M | Overall ExperienceI paid for 24hr access but the card reader was broken for weeks and I could not get in after office hours. Staff were not helpful and did not offer any remedy. I had to delay shipment of a motorcycle because the carrier came outside office hours and I could not get the bike out for them to take. I had to pay for the carrier to stay overnight and wait at my own expense.
