The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Move in and out was easy thanks to the carts and automatic doors. However, the website is not kept up to date and resulted in issues packing the unit due to the reserved size not being available at time of check in.

AUDREY L | Overall ExperienceI took the day off work to move into my unit and found out after arriving that the elevator was out of service and had been for three weeks. I had a lot of heavy items that I had to haul up the stairs in multiple trips far exceeding the time I had allotted. Then upon arriving at my unit, I open it to find there is no lock that was offered in my rental agreement. I had to leave my valuables unattended and unsecured to find a lock. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated and certainly would not recommend my experience to anyone else.
