Kolleen H | Overall ExperienceMy only issue was contacting the front desk because it's a U-Haul facility it likes to Loop into the whole U-Haul program and makes it very difficult to just speak to a person at the location to have a conversation. I get that in today's world we try very hard to not have to pay someone to answer phones but it definitely became a problem when needing to call and get information. I would definitely prefer to be able to call the front desk and actually speak to a person rather than going through an automated massive phone automation The woman who works this U-Haul facility specifically is very kind I just wish it wasn't looped through the whole U-Haul automation
