Gloria S | Overall ExperienceI had my storage unit for 2 1/2 years and I was never issued a discount or even appreciation for being a customer that long. They would never give you a courtesy call before the 10th of the month they will wait until afterwards to charge late fees. When you do call to make a payment the guys would have an attitude. .I would not recommend anyone to rent from this storage company. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
