Nykia T | Overall ExperienceThe password provided didn’t work during the 3 months I had my storage. The day of the move-out the elevator broke twice and this caused for me to not move on the same day. The mover helping me and I had to go down the stairs twice and take items to the truck, I had heavy items and going three floors down it was a nightmare. Staff was left a message to contact me at 9am on Sunday but she never called. I had to struggle through the customer service line to get connected to the office to find if the elevator was working, the staff said it was working but couldn’t call to release the information, by that time it had passed 3 hours from the time she was supposed to contact me. On Sunday I left the storage with a truck load, at my return at 5:30pm the password to enter the building again it was not working. These were too many inconveniences at this storage location and no back up elevator to bring items down in case the current elevator gets broken.
