After the longest fight of trying to get out of a different storage unit, U-Haul on 47th was literally such a light the people inside were the absolute kindest and really made things so easy I wish I could remember names but they all were just great.

William W | First ImpressionsI rented the storage place for some years, at first it was convenient but all of a sudden the pricing started to go up. Well I was informed that U haul storage raises the price 3 times out the yr. I experienced when picked up some Christmas decorations there were roaches in my belongings. Now that I have closed my account I have to be cautious about the roaches in my belongings. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
martha v | Overall ExperienceI don't like the fact that when you are emptying out your unit to close it out you're not able to use their dumpster to throw your garbage out. You have to find other ways to get rid of your garbage.
