The area at the front of the storage building, where people can place their boxes and things to be reused by others, was extremely messy and disheveled. There were multiple different types of unsecured medications and other random garbage thrown in the pile. There need to be garbage receptacles in the storage buildings because without that, people are instead using the recycled box area to throw all their trash and random unwanted items.

On move day, no dollie was available, no other option was given to me. So I had to move all my heavy belongings without one. She said she would refund the money for the dollie and never did. When I first got to the office to pick up truck, I waited in line while the one person chatted for 20 min about family situations while I waited in plain site... listening to their conversations..
