Annette S | First ImpressionsThe old storage unit I was in was filled with rat droppings, and came with a heavy mildew smell. The lights didn’t work, and were visibly damaged.(one was hanging from junction box) however the new unit was considerably cleaner, and had no smells. The people who helped with the evaluation, and removal of damaged property were more than professional. The workers who helped to remove, and move me to my new unit were quick and knowledgeable about stacking and packing of a unit.

Kimmar E | Overall ExperienceWhen I was moving my stuff out my bed frame was stolen when I set it out just within minutes and the staff refused to pull the CCTV to verify who stole it. The U-Haul at old national is not a good o place to store you belongings the staff a rude and disrespectful.

Even with move out, they were just as friendly and made sure I did what I needed to on the app and confirmed I was good.

Their Manager helped us out so much that night I thank God for her & her team...I have a classmate that Manages a nearby location (Godby) and he does an amazing job from what I see as well!!
