Staff was great, exterior was clean, customer service was good. There were mice/rats in the outdoor storage spaces they got into my boxes.
ETIENNE J | Overall ExperienceThe staff was always more than willing to help; the keypad was hard to understand at first (signing in with one and then using another for the door) but you get used to it. Even with move out, they were just as friendly and made sure I did what I needed to on the app and confirmed I was good.

Their Manager helped us out so much that night I thank God for her & her team...I have a classmate that Manages a nearby location (Godby) and he does an amazing job from what I see as well!! Great job Uhaul!!!

Marilynn T | First ImpressionsI moved out 2 days after my payment was taken out and so instead of adjusting and giving me refund and only charging me for the 2 days they are making me pay for the month which I will not occupying the unit and was told there was nothing they could do m, which I know they could’ve. So I will not recommend this location at all. Also the gate to the outside was broken all the time it was very difficult to get in and out of where my unit was. Never do auto pay with them for this reason. This is stealing money.
