Small access door and no lighting in unit made it very difficult to store items

I've never had any problems and you were very understanding with me when I was alittle late here and there over the years.And when you remodeled the storage areas,I was in the hospital.And I had noone to move my stuff to a different unit.You guys moved it for me,so I wouldn't lose my things.I will definitely recommend your establishment. Mary P | Overall ExperienceMy storage unit 224, the door was not aligned enough to efficiently fit my lock in, took a lot of maneuvering especially putting it in place. Would suggest someone check it out. The only reason I didn't change it because my stuff had already been moved in. Otherwise great facility and super helpful staff.

Carlos F | Overall ExperienceMy service was good when I booked the truck, and picked up my storage unit key. I was shown how to use the back door and told that it closed at 10 PM. We pull up with a van full of things at 8:30pm, and we can’t get through the back door. We have to squeeze everything through the side door. Took away the convenience part of it all.

Because I could not get access to an auto trailer tht day of even though equipment n storage was paid w online. I’d recommend you come up with some kind of request a refund tab/button just so you’d have an option to get/give our money back as easily as it was for you to take it. So if it hasn’t already happened id like to get refunded please n thank you.
