Davetta M | Overall ExperienceThe absolute worst experience I have ever had with uhaul which I have been using for 30+ years. First I was told I need a 20' truck for a 2 bedroom apartment..false. Then I was told a storage unit was a part of "the deal" when moving across states..false. Then I go to drop off truck to a facility that has zero storage. Then I get to storage return uhaul with storage facility and the customer service was horrd .no greeting..no acknowledgement of even being there. I am in a wheelchair so this is even more unacceptable. Then out of nowhere..I get charged $184 for a supposed curb check tire damage..also false. And then to add insult to financial injury.. your company put me in a vehicle that the transmission is slipping. The WORST experience I have ever had.. again in 30 years
