The unit did have spiders, but it's an outside unit. I wouldn't have mentioned it but I'm arachnophobic and probably noticed more than other people would. I never had a problem until the last day and it was with a truck rental not the unit. I reserved a truck and on the morning of picking up they called and changed the location. I thought I'd better call the new location and make sure everything was OK and find out they didn't have a truck either. Now they want to send me to another location thats even further than the one they were sending me to. This was very disappointing. I'm moving stuff to the North end of Colorado Springs so my mileage was going to be very expensive, so I had to cancel, which really put a damper on my day of moving. Very inconvenient and disappointing. I would probably refer someone to get a unit, I had the unit for over 2 years. I would have to mention the spiders but I wouldn't recommend the truck rental.

So I asked so I was clear so the total would be 100$ in total. They said yes and I said ok I’ll have to come back because it didn’t say anything about that online so I go get the money and come back and the guy I was talking to was gone for the day ok no problem then as I’m standing there they told me no it would be 160 for the truck rental and free unit and as I’m starting to get a little unhappy about this I told them I can’t do it the other guy told me less but I went back got the rest of the money again and came back to the store rented the truck and did my paperwork on the unit we set my code and I tried it for her and it didn’t work and I told her explicitly I have a entire night of move my things in because I’ve got to be out of my place by morning she said she would get it fixed and I took her at her word. But guess what she didn’t fix it at all and it still didn’t work so not only am I on my landlords bad side because he has contractors coming this morning but I paid for a truck I couldn’t use to move anything because there was no where to take it to because my code didn’t work and probably going to get me into a good amount of crap from my landlord and most likely fined because someone was way to toked out to be in charge of anything. So as of this far the free unit is most likely not going to be free it’s going to cost me more then a disabled veteran can afford. And when I checked with the live rep option they couldn’t do anything to help
