KAREN S | Overall ExperienceWhen we needed to go from our small unit to a larger one, we thought the size that we rented on the site was one large unit. When we went to look at it, it was two units' side by side. Not what we wanted or expected, but we didn't have a choice. Also, when we went on line to rent a trailer last year, we were able to rent it on this locations site. But when we went to pick it up, they said we had to go somewhere else to get it. They didn't have one there. As far as customer service goes, this was not customer service! If we rented a trailer from this locations site and they didn't have one, they should have gone to where it was and picked it up so that when we got there, it was there to hook up. Such a lame process!!! Speaks to us of laziness!!!
