I stayed for years due to closeness to my home , polite staff & the urban homeless ministry my location supports. I left because of regular price hikes , super high late fees constantly changing staff, difficulty in contacting (phone) staff on location, Inadequate unit lighting availability no incentives for long term renters and an elaborate looking online app that doesn’t recognize my (same or newly added) username, password or phone number on a regular basis.

TANESHA J | Online Move InI actually was sent to five places every time I go they didn't have my vehicle and then they sent me all the way out of my way like 50 miles and then they still didn't have it I was told there would be no problems so it wasted my whole entire day tried five different times at three different places and still never got one I will never recommend you haul again That was very very crappy service

linda s | First ImpressionsSince 2023 I had been telling the staff about the door plate and debris and trash coming underneath the storage door because their was no stripping to keep it out I was fearful due to the homeless people coming out the storage doors and hanging out in the back of the property it was an awful experience storing my belongings there ,someone tried to break in my storage on several occasions with hair pins left in my padlock…smh
