The staff was remarkably knowledgeable and helpful. I had a few glitches but they ironed them out. I was even witness to a young man walking in and demanding to be served in front of everyone else. Your staff handled it professionally, but firm. It could have quickly gone left but your staff made certain he calmed down and then treated him with such kindness.

Then I met the Manager, Ms. Judy…..just as friendly, helpful and professional. Both was a joy and represent U-Haul fabulously!
Jerilyn j | Overall ExperienceHad a reservation. When I checked in, they told me they had my reservation but no unit. They sent me across town to another location with a unit but they closed and refused to wait and help me get checked in so I could unload my things after driving for 6 hours and hauling a trailer for Uhaul. I then called customer service, who booked me a larger unit at this location for double the price of my original, sent me to customer service to resolve my issues regarding my poor treatment, who told me nothing could be done until the morning. When I spoke with customer service in the morning, they told me my previous conversation had not been noted on my account, so i got to explain the entire ordeal back to them. They then called the storage unit, leaving a message for management to offer me the larger unit for the smaller units price due to the poor experience I've had so far. Direct quote from the manager was "we don't do that". As in, we don't listen to customer service, no matter what happened to our customer. The teammember at the desk offered me a non air conditioned unit for a slightly increased price as compared to my original unit, which I accepted. This difference in price between the smaller and larger unit was so minimal it was not worth calling customer service about. So my experience was poor.

I had made a reservation well in advance and that wasn’t even looked at until the end of checking in when I asked for the supplies I ordered. I wasn’t familiar with U-Haul storage or the facility and other than getting through the gate I was given little to no instruction on how the facility worked. after asking many questions things were fine and in general moving into the unit was easy. It is well kept and safe so overall it was a good experience.
