The guy had some of my things selling them on FB market place. Management was no help...All they do is keep sending me invoices to pay them. Why should I pay for a service I didn't get. Insurance and all that...Worse storage facility I've ever done business with.
Jonathan M | Overall ExperienceOffice staff is wonderful awesome and helpful! The physical location of the storage unit is awful it's really hard to maneuver a huge U-Haul truck within the storage unit. I would not choose that location again for storage but the office staff is awesome!

Due date the 25th of May 2025..I was charged $15 on the 27th and again on the 8th of April for late April and the due date hasn't arrived yet. They lied and said that's the way it is and there was nothing that could be done about. I definitely plan on contacting HQ..I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
sheila c | Overall ExperienceIt was a big rat box in the corner and some food rats was eating off was left inside I had to put stuff belonging on top very nasty to see that otherwise everything was good .why was floor outside my unit uneven?
