I'm sorry but I lost all my items to moist, mildew and rat droppings . I spent over $20,000 for 11 years and lost everything. I was told my things were in a climate control atmosphere 😭😭😭

Their friendly kept me up to date if something was wrong at my unit(when I first got it I didn’t lock it all the way) they called and let me know it wasn’t closed & even helped me lock it. So I think everyone need a raise lol. 10/10 would recommend 🫶🏼
TAMIKA A | Overall ExperienceI believe the automated sliding doors and card access was the only issue that I dealt with. Paying that much for having to walk around every single time I’m unloading or loading up. The storage was kind of a hassle because of the sliding door is not working from the outside. Other than that really great storage unit really great group of employees.
