The only things that I would have liked to change were 1) the lock for the storage space was part of the cost and provided when I paid the first payment but it is not a lock that would be used around the normal household in my opinion and it would be nice to be able to give it back to the facility with at least a small rebate. 2) the rental payment was withdrawn on the 18th of the month and I was done with the storage unit less than a week into the month but missed the refund because I did not cancel within 3 (?) days. It seems fairer to have a scale for full rebates and partials based on how many days are left in the latest month's rent.
