I would’ve loved to have extended entry hours. I was homeless for a moment and working and the storage would be closed when I got off work forcing me to stay in my work clothes all the time. Other than that no issues.

Reasoning for my departure due the high cost of the storage. After researching I found other storage company with more reliable price.
Cheryl H | Overall ExperienceIn the 3-4 years of using the facility, the price went up at least twice, maybe even three times, for a total increase of about 30%. I wasn't getting or using more, so I'm not entirely sure of the justification. Otherwise a good place for storage.

Takes forever and video did not help to return key because it goes in a hole at door I figured out half hour later after some gentlemen helped me! Said he has corporate acct and pays the 20.00 fee because wifi and checking in after hours is terrible! Plus was not told til after paid 2 days later that my storage unit has to be set up with a card because people don't pay there storage units! So you punish everyone! Would not of put my stuff there if I knew everything now! So probably will be moving everything again!!
MICHELLE H | First ImpressionsI cleared out my storage unit Dec 6 and went into the store, sat at the counter with the representative and informed her I was done with the storage unit. I was then charged the following month for the storage unit. I called to report it and they said they had no record of me informing them I was done with it. After months of poor communication and deferring the blame onto me, they auctioned off an empty storage unit.
